Mountain Biking in the Persian Gulf The video is about an Iranian Off the Beaten Track cycling route in the southern part of the country from Bandar Abbas to Shiraz that passes through the coastal road of the Persian Gulf. The trip started from Tehran with a night train towards Bandar Abbas Sea port. Our crew carried the mountain bikes with the jeep and then joined the group in Bandar Abbas. They started the cycling trip from there towards the west of the Persian Gulf through the coastal road. They passed a couple of sea ports like Kong and Siraaf sea port and visited a number of unknown villages with locals that have not seen many tourists in their life, which is an experience that cannot be found in many places. The fish market of each town and the colorful sea foods of each one, Visiting the ship making factory and the lifestyle of the people who live on the coast and Passing Higer canyon on the way to Shiraz are some other exceptional experiences in the trip. Qaleh Dokhtar and Ardashir palace of the Firuzabad were also visited, which are the UNESCO sites on the way to Shiraz. The tour was done in January which is in the middle of winter in Iran but in the south near the Persian Gulf, temperatures are perfect for traveling and cycling. Trekking from Alamut towards the Caspian Sea The video is a slideshow of Adventure Iran’s trekking tours from the Valley of Alamut to the Caspian Sea. As we had not much good footage for this clip we made it with our tour photos which we had from different tours performed in the years with the purpose of showing the beauty of this rout. This trail is one of the most famous trekking routes in Iran which is located in the west Alborz mountains. Lonely Planet also mentioned this route as Iran’s top travel experiences. The starting point of this trail is around the Alamut Castle in the valley of Alamut which is in Qazvin province. And you will finish the trail in Yuj which is in Mazandaran province in the southern part of the Caspian Sea. geographically, Alamut valley is in the southern part of Alborz mountain and Yuj is on the north side of Alborz. So you should cross the mountain ridge line of Alborz to reach the Caspian Side. The climate of the southern side of Alborz is different from the north side. The season starts from April and finishes in October or sometimes November depending on the weather. In early spring you will face snow in the heights of the mountains and summer is mainly green and in fall the landscape is mostly yellow and brown. In the winter the entire area will be full of snow and the road is blocked from south to north. So the beauty of the landscape and the scenery is changing season by season and that’s why you will see different pictures of nature in the video or in our tour photos on our website (which you can see here). Hope you enjoy the video and if you like it subscribe

Cycling from Shiraz to Tehran 1st Trip The video is about an unforgettable long trip with a Swiss cyclist group who had dreams of traveling to Iran for many years. They were fit and with a good health condition were ready to tackle this tour. The journey started from Shiraz which is near the south of the country. The purpose of the trip was to cycle from Shiraz towards Tehran through Iran mountains and deserts. They passed through southern parts of Zagros mountains mostly from Dena Mountains in Zagros as well as Central Alborz Mountains. In addition, they passed through a couple of national parks and protected areas like Lar and Dena and crossed the Maranjab desert which is a part of Dasht-e Kavir. This means experiencing a different variety of climates from high mountains to flat deserts was the point of this cycling trip in Iran. Alongside mountain biking that occurred throughout the journey, they visited nearly all UNESCO sites in the main urban destinations of Iran. Traveling to Shiraz, Esfahan, Kashan and Tehran was on the list of this adventure tour. It was about 16 days of cycling and they have a couple of rest days in between. We had about 20 to 25 degrees temperature in the hottest locations which were the daytimes in the desert up to the coldest place which was in the heights of the Alborz Mountains. The best season for this trip is April, May, October and November. Cycling in Abyaneh & Maranjab Desert Iran has a lot of region in the deserts for cycling and in some part of the desert you can see the icons of the ancient Silk road like caravanserais and historical castles and forts. On this trip we have chosen a desert region in the south of Tehran province which is in the north side of Esfahan province. Maranjab desert is the name of a region in the north west of Dasht-e Kavir desert and Abyaneh is a historical famous village located in the west of it. May is the end of season for desert activity and cycling as well. So the group reached the desert on the edge of the hot season but fortunately the weather was a bit breezy and it was not difficult for our cyclist to endure. They started this trip from Esfahan and passed a couple of mountain regions to reach Abyaneh village. The village is located in the mountains with cool temperatures in spring and sometimes snow in the winter but it is very close to the desert which has such a different temperature. They slept a night in the village and the next day continued cycling toward the Maranjab desert. They passed through different landscapes and terrains on their way to there. The tour started via a paved road from Abyaneh which was an amazing road without any cars or vehicles passing and then crossed gravel roads when they entered the desert and then dirt and sand roads in the middle of the desert. In some parts they passed the sand dune hills and in one region crossed the edge of the flat desert area which was a part of the Salt Lake of the desert. At the end of the day they reached the Maranjab

MTB in Dena National Park Dena is the name of a protected area and it's on the list of Iran’s National Parks. In addition, Dena is the name of a famous mountain chain about 80 km above 4000m which is located in the southern part of Zagros mountain range. We performed a lot of tours for climbing the high peaks of Dena chains as it has about 40 mountains above 4000m. This time we designed a mountain biking tour to visit the remaining highlights of the park, passing different parts of the area. We performed it in April 2019. As you can see in the video we still had snow in some parts of the roads as well as a lot of snow on the peaks. This made an unforgettable mountain trip for our clients who came from Switzerland. Most parts of the route were single track and they passed many villages and rural areas in Dena region. The support planned for this trip with our 4x4 cars, was one of the most challenging parts of this trip as we had an avalanche a couple of days before the trip and the snow destroyed some part of the dirt road which we have chosen for support. We spent some time maintaining the road with the help of our clients to cross this part and it was one of the most daring parts of the trip for us and our guests. The trip started in Yasuj and finished in Esfahan city. Meeting nomadic people and socializing with them was one of the good experiences the group had on this trip and it was a surprise for the locals as they have never seen a bunch of cyclists together passing this region before. Hope you enjoy the video and if you like

Mountain Biking in Lar National Park This video is about a part of a long cycling trip with a Swiss mountain biking group who started their trip from the southern part of Iran towards the north of it and this part was the end of their adventure in Iran. The location is Lar National Park which is located in the north east of Tehran Province. This adventure started from a village on the west side of the park and finished in Polour village which is located in Mazandaran province. Polour is located in the south face of Mt Damavand nearby Haraaz road. The trip was performed in the month of May in 2019. Many tours were planned by us in the park during May in the years and we have never seen huge volumes of snow on the way but in that year we had a lot of snow in early spring in April and it made some good challenges for the group in the canyon. We knew such a thing would happen and sent two of our guides to check the route before we sent the group. We had a session the night before with the group and we explained the situation to them. and prior to that month of the year, water levels are a bit high and there’s a lot of river crossing to do so a few numbers of people skipped this part and we send them to the Lar valley through another gate with our 4x4 cars. You can see in the video that the scenery changes after the canyon is passed and from the snowy situation of the canyon which looks like winter, we enter another region which looks like spring with green fields. In general, this situation made for an amazing trip for

Tehran to Caspian Sea MTB The video is about a challenging mountain biking trip from the capital towards the coast of the Caspian Sea. The team of riders were Slovenian and they did this trip after their expedition MTB Damavand ascend. From Tehran to the Caspian Sea there are different treks through paved roads, dirt roads, mountains and single tracks. This mountain biking trip to the Caspian is through the mountains and single track roads which is the hardest path to the north of Iran. They chose the historical route that was used for trading between Tehran and the Caspian Sea’s nearby regions when there were no man made roads between towns. They passed Lar National Park, Yush village, Kandelus historical village, a couple of mountains, passes, ridge line and Hyrcanian Forest on the way and slept in local houses and a mountain lodge during the trip. There were a few rivers they had to cross and depending on the season it might be possible to see wild animals in the mountains. Also there are a couple of waterfalls after Lar Valley which is nice to have a stop in and rest on the trail. They finished this mountain biking trip in Nowshahr city in the Caspian coast and slept in a small hotel on the coast, and swimming in the sea at the end made the trip a wholesome one in this adventurous journey to Iran. Ski Touring Mount Damavand The video is about an adventure ski touring trip performed for a bunch of young Spanish adventurers who had a lot of experience in mountains and ski areas. 21th of March is Persians' New Year and this tour was performed after the New Year. Damavand Mountain is one of the most challenging mountains of Iran in the winter season and if the weather is bad, it's not going to be an easy climb. They had very bad weather during this trip but all the group climbed the peak and had a successful ascend. As the weather was bad it wasn't possible to take videos from this challenging trip but I hope that the few pictures and videos shown can speak for themselves. Ultra Trail Mount Damavand The video is made of the highlights of our two races in the Junes of 2017 and 2018 . The race was an ultra-trail running through Iran’s famous national park of Lar towards Damavand Mountain which is the highest peak in Iran. Lar is a protected area located in the south west of Damavand and it’s managed by Iran Environmental Organization and needs a permit for entering. It was an international race and people joined us from different countries. The trip starts from Tehran and finishes in Tehran as well. The group slept one night inside the park and a night in the Damavand shelter in the base camp which is located at the south face of Damavand nearby Polour village. It was a combination of running and adventuring in Iran during a three days race. The runners carried a small bag with all of their requirements for the three days and with crossing Lar reveres, passing through the nomadic region of the valley and seeing the local with goats and sheep, hiking in a canyon, sleeping in the nature in the park and the spectacular view of Mt Damavand they were very pleased by the whole thing. We had a big crew to handle and support this event and we have actually created a special website for this event and for more information about our future races please check this link Hope you enjoy the video and if you like it subscribe to our channel to see more of the beauty of our country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cq6vTmMu2TI
