A memorable journey through central Iran. This is a sightseeing tour of main historic cities of Tehran, Shiraz, Yazd, Kuhpayeh, Esfahan, Kashan along with smaller towns and villages of Na’in, Meybod.
The journey will start from Tehran; you will have a sightseeing tour of the Capital before leaving for Shiraz. you will transfer by train to Shiraz. The next day you will have a sightseeing tour of Shiraz. Tomorrow morning you will visit Persepolis and Pasargadae and then drive to Yazd. The journey will continue to Kuhpayeh an old caravanserai. Next on our trip would be the ancient city of Esfahan for one day of sightseeing of its vast tourism attractions. Next day we will visit Kashan en route before driving back to Tehran.

Day 1: Tehran City Tour

After breakfast, we will have Tehran sightseeing and city tour. We spend the day visiting the capital’s attractions. Before noon, we will visit the National Museum of Iran, Tehran Bazaar and Golestan Palace, the only UNESCO heritage site in the capital. Late afternoon, you will transfer from Tehran to Shiraz by night Train. Overnight stay in Train. (B)

Day 2: Shiraz sightseeing tour

Morning will be spent for a full day walking tour to visit Karimkhan citadel, Vakil mosque & baths, Nasirolmolk mosque, the grand bazaar and the old part of the town. Afternoon we will spend a while for visiting Hafez mausoleum Persia’s beloved poet and Eram garden registered on UNESCO World Heritage site. Overnight stay at Traditional Hotel. (B)

Day 3: Persepolis excursion & Pasargadae & drive to Yazd

Early Morning wake up and after breakfast we drive to Persepolis, we have half day tour and we will visit Persepolis which is the main site of Iran registered in UNESCO World Heritage sites since 1979, Naghshe Rostam and Naghshe Rajab which is in the northern part of the city (about one-hour drive, 60 km). These three sites are listed in the tentative list of UNESCO. After having lunch, we will move toward Pasargadae, tomb of Cyrus the great and very first capital of Persian Empire. After visiting that we will drive to Yazd and check in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. (B)

Day 4: Yazd City Tour

You will have a full day sightseeing tour in Yazd visiting most of the touristic attractions, important Zoroastrian sites of Dakhmeh (Old cemetery & tower of silence) and the Fire temple, Amir Chakhmagh complex and the main grand mosque next to the bazaar. Next comes Rokn-al Din Shrine and the old prison named after Alexander Prison. Overnight stay at hotel. (B)

Day 5: Visiting Meybod, Naiin -Drive to Kuhpayeh

we will drive toward the old city of Meybod to visit the 16th Century “Naarin Qal-eh“, the Narin castle complex, Caravanserai, Post House, Water Reservoir, Ice House, Storage center and also some old handicraft shops run by local people making fabrics and clays. Later we will drive towards Naiin for visiting its historic mosque. for the afternoon drive to the old caravanserai “Kuhpa”, we will stay at one the best renovated caravanserai in Iran and experience the traditional food. Day 6: Transfer to Esfahan, Esfahan City Tour

After checking out from Caravanserai you will be transferred to Esfahan. It takes about 1 hour(80KM). after checkin your hotel, City tour of Esfahan will start. we will visit Naghshe Jahan Sq., Imam and Sheikhlotfolah masques, Alighapou palace, old Bazar, Chehel Soton palace and Sioseh Pol Bridge.
