Most travelers who visiting Iran and Tehran have no chance to see the countryside while there is great offerings around Tehran for adventure/cultural tourists. There are ski resorts, wildlife, protected areas, rock climbing opportunities, seasonal ice climbing and mountain biking areas around Tehran. It would be a good idea to escape Tehran and relax in the villages nearby for a couple of days. In this village you will experience fresh weather and calmness forgetting the pollution and noise of Tehran. The altitude of the village is around 2000 m from the sea level and is covered by mountains of Central Alborz.
In autumn, the weather is a bit colder and color of nature changes, making one of the best seasons for biking between villages. Also, you can expect the rain during the autumn.
You spend two days mountain biking in Northern Tehran in the central Alborz Mountains in two regions. We run Mountain biking trips from Tehran into the nearby mountains. They are Fantastic Mountain biking tours based in Tehran and this tour is a short one. A short overnight mountain bike tour will start from the capital and we pick you up at your hotel in the afternoon and head to a village one hour out of the capital. The first day is just relaxing and arrival. The next day, you will have a full day biking through a combo of paved and dirt road. There is the trails and mountain tops for a great day of mountain biking.
This is an opportunity for who has not much time to take a Mountain Biking tour to a remote area and seek to experience two days biking in Tehran countryside. Also the bikes are included on this tour package and different sizes of the Mountain Bikes are available to pick and you can choose one of them.

Day 1: Arrival to the village

Depart from Tehran to Fasham road in the afternoon by a private vehicle. You will be picked up from your hotel around at 17:00. It takes only one hour to reach the village. Upon your arrival, you will get relaxed in our local place and then prepare for a short walk in the village. You will enjoy the birds singing and the river. After sightseeing and photography in the village, you will be back to the house preparing the dinner. Sleeping is in a shared room on Iranian traditional style mattress. (D)

Day 2: Biking day

You will rise up early morning. After morning coffee and breakfast, you will be transferred to the beginning point of biking and start the journey towards the mountain. The beginning of the road is asphalt and you will pass a few villages on the way. You have a couple of hours ascending to reach to a remote area and catch a dirt road. After a short stop to rest, you will continue pedaling through the forest and hills. There is a bumpy road in the off road and a short part of the trip, there isn’t any road and you have to find your own track. Also, you will carry the bike for a short time in the downhill and will find your lunch place to get rest and prepare lunch and tea in the mountain. Afterwards you will continue biking towards the starting point. Then the driver will pick you up from there and send you to the village. Overnight sating in the local house. (B, L, D)

Day 3: Biking day & return to Tehran

You will rise up early morning. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the beginning point of biking and start the journey towards the mountain. You will start from a paved road to the forest and from there you will pick a dirt road through the forest. After a couple of hours biking we will find a good place to rest and for photography. After a short stop to rest, you will continue pedaling through the forest and hills. There is a bumpy road in the off road and a short part of the trip, there isn’t any road and you have to find your own track. Also, you will carry the bike for a short time in the downhill and will find your lunch place to get rest and prepare lunch and tea in the mountain. Then continue biking towards the lake. From there you will back to the starting point via another road. After a short rest, the driver will pick you up to Tehran in the evening (B, L)
