Alireza is one of our main guides helping us in different types of tours and events. He has climbed most of Iran’s high altitude mountains for the last 25 years and is a serious and avid cyclist, constantly pushing himself and accomplishing extremely challenging trips. He is also a mountain climber and off-road driver as well as a good photographer.
His professional training is in restoration art. As an archeologist he has accomplished a unique and valuable study and research into the real historical route of the Silk Road in Iran, even extending into central Asia. This study has taken many years of his life.
He is one the managers of the team for Adventure Iran’s Mt. Damavand Ultra Trail Running Race (UTMD) and is working with us both in the back office as well as running and managing the race in the field.
