How to Book

Please read the following before you book a trip with Adventure Iran


If you have any questions regarding how to book, how your trip will be organised or what is included in the services provided by Adventure Iran, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that our trips are by nature active and often in remote areas. It is therefore very important that you understand exactly what is involved and are confident that you can fully participate in all activities included in the trip. If having read the literature on our site, you are unsure about a trip's suitability please contact us via email or call at +44-208-090-2402 and discuss your questions.

Our entire trip descriptions and itineraries are listed under the appropriate heading of trekking tours, biking, mountaineering etc. on top of the page of our website, together with a brief description of the trip, including its grade.

Click on ‘read more’ for detailed description of the tour including itinerary, start dates, availability, prices and photos.

Trip bookings can be made online by choosing a trip, following it down to ‘read more’ section, choosing one of the dates given; and clicking the 'Book This Trip' button that corresponds with your desired start date. (If a trip’s booking status is ‘Full’, it means that it is completely booked).

Fill out all the sections of the ‘Trip Booking Form’ including the final graphic sign which is for security purposes and click on the ‘confirm’ button. It is essential that all sections are carefully completed, and that the details provided are exactly as they appear on your passport. Part of the information on the booking form is for acquiring a visa for Iran and it is essential that we receive all the required information.

Note: We confirm any booking, only after we receive your fully completed ‘trip booking’ form.

Before Booking Your Trip

Before booking a trip with Adventure Iran please ensure that you are aware of the following important issues:
Check Availability - Ensure that the availability of the trip you wish to travel on is not 'Full'. This can be done by looking at the status section of the trip, or by contacting us.

Travel Insurance - Suitable travel insurance is mandatory for everyone on an Adventure Iran tour. You must declare any pre-existing medical conditions to your insurers and ensure that you receive written confirmation that these medical conditions are fully insured. You must take a copy of your insurance policy with you on your holiday.

Passports & Visas - Please check to ensure you have at least 6 months validity on your passport from the time you start your trip. Visa acquisition for Iran can be handled by us as part of our services with no extra costs. Please look at our visa information link for further details.

You will be asked if you have read and understood the Booking Conditions when you book, and you are advised to do so.

Deposit Payment

Once you fill out the booking form a non refundable deposit of €250 must be sent to our account, unless, you are booking less than 60 days before the tour start date, in which case you will have to pay for your trip in full at the time of booking. We will keep your reservation for maximum of 7 days before your deposit is paid, after that your booking is cancelled.

Payment Confirmation


Once you make any payments to us, we have a system where you will give us the details of the money transaction where we can trace your payment to our bank. All you need to do is fill out the short and simple form on our site and send it. It is called ‘Payment Confirmation’ on the left hand side of the home page under ‘client section’ or click directly to: payment confirmation

Booking Confirmation


Once full payment is received, we will email or fax you a written confirmation of your booking and your trip invoice, which will have to be paid at least 60 days before the start date of your tour.

Booking Your Flights


You must check that your chosen trip has reached the minimum numbers required and is guaranteed to run before paying for your airline tickets. Check with the Adventure Iran office or check the trip status on the website. We cannot be held liable for any losses incurred relating to any flight booking or any other related costs, in cases where we cancel the trip you have booked. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a particular tour is not reached, we may have to cancel your trip.

Changing Your Booking


If any of the information given on your booking form should change, e.g. passport number or contact details, it is important that you advise us immediately. Failure to do so may result in airlines or government authorities levying charges for which you would be liable.
If you decide to transfer your booking to an alternative departure or trip, an administration fee of €80 will be charged. Please see our Booking Terms & Conditions for further important information on making changes to your booking.

Paying Your Balance

You must ensure that you forward the balance of your payment to us 60 days prior to departure payment due date is shown on your invoice sent out.

If we do not receive payment by the date shown on your invoice, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply any cancellation charges. The details are spelt out on our Booking Terms & Conditions . Please remember to provide us with details of your insurance policy, when making your final payment.

Final Arrangements

We will send you a receipt for your payment, together with full joining instructions, approximately 4 weeks prior to departure. It will include a summary of any additional services you have requested and will also provide a timely checklist to ensure you have everything in order for your forthcoming trip. If you are flying into Tehran a representative will meet you at the airport.
