We provide certain services for our clients which are explained below; and there are few that we do not provide.

Flight Reservations, bookings etc. for International Flights coming to and leaving Iran, need to be done by the client or the group. We do not provide any flight booking and ticketing services.
However, all domestic flights that are related to your particular tour are handled by us and are part of our tour packages.

Visa applications and processing are provided by us. Please see Visa Information for further instructions.

VIP services at the airport are provided by us, if the client asks for it beforehand. There are fees associated with this service and we need to inform you about them when you request this service.

Outdoor Equipment: We provide mountain bikes and helmets for all our biking tours.  Tents are also provided for our trekking tours. Other camping equipment are also taken care by us. You need to bring all you personal equipment like sleeping bags etc.
Skis are not provided by us, therefore you need to bring your own skis or rent them locally by third party providers. We can assist you with renting equipment but it will be with third party providers.

All meals are handled according to the itinerary for each individual tour as explained on the tour details section.
